Subject: How do I submit a ticket for help?
There are a couple of ways to do this.

Our preferred method is:

1. log into http://my.hosting-account.com and submit a ticket through the billing system. This way you know it has been received and you can view / reply to any updates

Alternatively email us:

2. email support@hosting-account.com Note that if you do this it will create a second login for you at http://my.hosting-account.com/helpdesk . However you can still view and update the ticket via email or through the billing system http://my.hosting-account.com
