Subject: Is there a minimum signup or cancellation period?

There is no minimum period or contract. You are free to use our services for as little or as long as you like.

Our cancellation policy is that you give cancellation notice one day before your payment is due.

For dedicated servers , cancellation is one week before payment is due.

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE THROUGH OUR BILLING SYSTEM.
